Purpose and scope of sharing

In the current doctor document center, general, appointment, and calendar documents classified as clinical may be listed in the doctor's account when the user has an active doctor-patient link or any appointment record with that doctor. Access may not in every case be limited to files the user individually selected or attached to a particular appointment. Clinical-document classification relies on records such as file name, title, type, purpose, and category. A user may submit an information, objection, or restriction request concerning this access scope through the support and KVKK request channels.

Data that may be shared

  • Gestational week, risk or health statements, and explanations submitted by the user for consultation.
  • Weight, blood pressure, glucose, heart rate, and other measurement or tracking records for which sharing has been enabled.
  • Ask a Doctor messages, doctor responses, appointment information, visit notes, and follow-up plans.
  • Tests, examination reports, ultrasound images, photographs, or other files classified by the system as clinical may appear in the doctor document center when an active link or appointment record exists, without being limited to individually selected files.

Duration, withdrawal, and professional records

The current version may not provide a separate self-service action for ending an active doctor link directly from the user's account. A request to end the link or restrict access may be submitted through support or KVKK channels. Because a past or current appointment record may also be treated as a basis for access, a change in link status may not automatically stop doctor-document-center access in every case. Doctor document-review actions and notes may be recorded, and records previously viewed or subject to professional or statutory retention may not be deleted automatically. Suspected unauthorized use may be reported to [email protected]. The app language or technical access does not by itself establish a physician's authorization to practice in another country.
