Account Deletion, Data Export, and Permission Management

Submitting and verifying a request

An account-deletion request can be initiated in the app through Profile > Account and Privacy > Delete My Account. If the app cannot be accessed, the user may contact [email protected] using the registered contact information. Reauthentication, OTP, or another risk-proportionate identity check may be required to prevent unauthorized deletion. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; renewal must be disabled separately in the relevant store account.

Effect and timing of deletion

The in-app action or an email creates a support request rather than performing automatic deletion. The support team reviews identity verification and applicable retention duties and informs the user of the result and next steps. Within the approved scope, active access is closed and profile, tracking, document, and usage records that must be deleted are placed into deletion or anonymization in the primary system. Backup copies are separated during the relevant infrastructure's technical cycle; no unverified fixed total completion period is promised. Community posts and comments are assessed within the request scope, subject to lawful quotations by others, security records, and statutory retention exceptions. It is not guaranteed that the same account, doctor links, or purchase entitlements can be restored after completion.

Retention exceptions and third parties

• Financial transactions, invoices, store verification, and consumer-dispute records may be retained with restricted access for the applicable statutory period.
• Messages, appointments, evaluations, or health records subject to a physician's professional or statutory recordkeeping duties may remain subject to the relevant retention period.
• Security, fraud, moderation, enforcement, and legal-request records may be retained to the extent necessary to protect rights or comply with obligations.
• Apple App Store or Google Play purchase history, a device Health source, or another user's lawful content is not automatically deleted with the company account. The relevant third-party tools must be used separately.

Export and permission management

Before deletion, the user may request an appropriate copy or export of data through [email protected] or [email protected]; this does not imply that a separate in-app export tool exists. Health, doctor-sharing, artificial-intelligence or OCR, marketing, and notification permissions may be disabled prospectively where controls exist in the relevant feature or operating-system settings; otherwise a request may be sent through the same email channels. Withdrawal of explicit consent does not invalidate prior lawful processing or remove statutory retention duties.
