User Agreement

Subject and acceptance

This agreement governs use of the Gebelik Takibi ve Gebelik Hesaplama app and web pages provided by EGC YAZILIM SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ.. By creating an account or using the service, the user accepts the current terms and the referenced feature-specific notices. A user who does not accept a mandatory term must not use the relevant service.

Accounts and use of services

Users must provide accurate and current information, protect their account and verification tools, upload only their own data or data they are authorized to share, and promptly report unauthorized access. Accounts may not be transferred. Automation, reverse engineering, bypassing security controls, and unlawful use are prohibited.

Feature availability may vary by device, operating system, store, language, user choice, subscription entitlement, and technical availability. Features may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or third-party outages. Material permanent changes are announced through appropriate means.

Health information and doctor communication

The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition. General tracking, weekly content, automated assessments, artificial-intelligence output, and OCR output are not prescriptions or emergency intervention. For serious or sudden symptoms, do not wait for an app response: call the emergency number in the country where you are located or contact the nearest healthcare facility. 112 is an example for Türkiye and regions where it is supported.

Ask a Doctor, test or examination-result evaluation, and video consultations provide limited remote consultation. A physician may recommend in-person examination because information is incomplete or remote assessment has inherent limitations. In-person appointments are provided only in Türkiye. Selecting Turkish in the app and obtaining technical access do not represent that the physician is authorized to practice in the user's location.

Acceptable use and purchases

• Harassment, threats, hate, fraud, impersonation, spam, illegal content, unauthorized disclosure of another person's health data, and harmful health advice are prohibited in community, messaging, and upload areas.
• Premium is offered as monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month auto-renewable subscriptions. Online Doctor is an annual auto-renewable subscription that includes Premium, Ask a Doctor, and test or examination-result evaluation. Single Video Consultation is a one-time consumable product. No package includes three additional video calls.
• Price, tax, currency, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are those displayed at checkout and in the user's Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions are managed through the relevant store account.
• Content or features may be limited for violations, security risk, fraud, legal duties, or expiry of payment entitlement. Proportionate moderation and appeal procedures apply.

Intellectual property, responsibility, and changes

Intellectual-property rights in the app, brand, design, software, and company content belong to their respective owner. Users retain rights in their own content and grant the limited permission needed to provide and secure the service and carry out the sharing they select. The Apple Standard EULA governs only the app-software license; it does not replace EGC service, subscription, health, community, or personal-data terms. Other third-party store and service terms apply separately.

Mandatory liabilities under applicable law remain unaffected. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or to produce a particular medical or commercial result. Material revisions are published with a new version and effective date, and renewed acceptance is requested where necessary. Mandatory rules on applicable Turkish law and competent authorities remain reserved.
