Scope of consent and separate choices
- Processing gestational week, health history, chronic conditions, symptoms, medication, weight, blood pressure, glucose, heart rate, sleep, activity, water intake, fetal movement, and contraction records in personal tracking screens.
- Storing and displaying tests, examinations, reports, ultrasound images, documents, and health-related notes selected by the user within the chosen app feature.
- This consent does not cover sharing with a doctor or clinic, Apple Health or Google Health Connect synchronization, artificial-intelligence or OCR processing, international transfer, or marketing communications. Each requires its own notice and, where necessary, a separate affirmative choice.
Purpose and legal nature
Consent is given to operate personalized pregnancy tracking, measurement history, reminders, and health-data-based tracking features. It applies to the specified processing and does not authorize marketing, advertising profiling, or data sales. If consent is declined or withdrawn, all or part of the health-data-based record and tracking services may be unavailable; public or support functions that do not require consent remain unaffected.
Sharing, retention, and withdrawal
- Health data under this core consent is used only in personal-tracking components and technical operations necessary for that service; doctor or clinic sharing and other separate features remain subject to their own choices.
- For a separate feature that may result in international processing, recipient categories and the primary transfer mechanism are explained in the relevant notice. Explicit consent may be considered separately only for an occasional transfer that meets the statutory conditions.
- Data is retained for the purpose, account relationship, and statutory retention periods; deletion requests may be initiated through in-app tools or [email protected].
- Consent may be withdrawn prospectively through a setting where one is available in the relevant feature or through [email protected]. Withdrawal does not invalidate lawful processing performed before it, and records subject to statutory retention may be held with restricted access until the period ends.
Informed choice
The user makes a choice after reading and understanding the nature of the data, purpose, recipient groups, retention approach, right to withdraw, and the possibility that a consent-dependent feature will not work without consent. A single approval is not consent to materially different future purposes or separate processing such as recording a video consultation.
