Scope of permission

Where the user makes a separate choice, campaigns, new-feature notices, subscription offers, and similar commercial communications may be sent by email, SMS, or app notification. Service, security, purchase, appointment, and legal notifications are separate from marketing and may be sent where required by the relevant transaction.

Free choice and opt-out

Marketing permission is optional, and declining it does not affect core app features. The user can withdraw permission prospectively through app settings, the opt-out mechanism in a message, or [email protected]. The request is implemented within the applicable legal and technical processing period.

Records and sharing

The scope, time, channel, and withdrawal record may be retained for as long as necessary for legal obligations and dispute management. Contact details are not sold to targeted-advertising networks. Delivery providers process only the data required by instructions and purpose.
