General content and automated tools
The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition. Weekly content, calculations, reminders, measurement charts, artificial-intelligence output, and OCR output provide general information and personal-record support only; they do not replace prescriptions, clinical monitoring, or emergency intervention. Users should discuss healthcare decisions with their own physician and an authorized healthcare provider.
Doctor consultation and emergencies
Ask a Doctor, test or examination-result evaluation, and video consultation are limited to information available remotely. In-person examination or additional testing may be required, and no outcome is guaranteed. In case of severe pain, bleeding, difficulty breathing, fainting, serious blood-pressure findings, reduced fetal movement, risk of self-harm, or another urgent symptom, call the emergency number in the country where you are located or contact the nearest healthcare facility without waiting for an app response. 112 is an example for Türkiye and regions where it is supported.
