Scope and core approach

The app is not directed at children. Zero tolerance applies to child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexual content targeting children, grooming, trafficking, threats, bullying, disclosure of identity or location, and conduct that endangers a child. Applicable store age ratings, minimum-age rules, and guardian-consent requirements apply separately.

Prevention and response standards

  • Prohibited content and conduct are clearly stated in community rules, and users can report content, accounts, and messages in the app.
  • High-risk content may receive priority review through automated signals, user reports, and trained human review where necessary.
  • Measures may include content removal, account restriction or closure, secure preservation of evidence, and reporting to competent authorities where required by law.
  • Records, review, and appeal mechanisms help address mistaken or malicious reports. The child's safety and privacy take priority.

Reporting channel

Urgent child-safety reports may be sent to [email protected]. For an ongoing or imminent danger, contact local emergency and law-enforcement authorities immediately. Abuse material should not be unnecessarily copied or attached to email.
