Core rules
- Another person's health, identity, contact, location, child, or baby information must not be shared without permission and legal authority. Users should avoid placing their own sensitive data in public areas.
- Diagnosis, treatment, medication, miscarriage risk, or emergency direction must not be presented as though the user were a physician. Harmful or unsupported health advice and content discouraging professional care are prohibited.
- Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, discrimination, sexual abuse, bullying, spam, fraud, impersonation, and illegal activity are prohibited.
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, trafficking, serious threats of violence, encouragement of self-harm, and non-consensual intimate imagery are severe violations requiring immediate response.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, and other third-party rights must be respected. The community is not directed at children, and applicable age and guardian-consent rules apply.
Reporting, blocking, and safety
- Topics, replies, users, and direct messages can each be reported. The report reason and limited context necessary for moderation are provided to the review team.
- Blocking a user restricts follows, feed visibility, mentions, notifications, and new direct-message interactions between the parties in accordance with the safety design.
- Urgent safety or child-safety reports may be sent to [email protected] and other support requests to [email protected]. Contact local emergency services where there is imminent danger.
Moderation, enforcement, and appeals
Content may be checked by automated signals before or after publication and referred for human review where necessary. Depending on the nature, context, repetition, and risk of a violation, visibility reduction, removal, warning, feature restriction, temporary suspension, or a permanent community ban may be applied.
A user may appeal a notified moderation decision through the in-app appeal channel. Where possible, the appeal is assessed independently from the initial decision. Security, fraud, and legal-obligation records are retained for the necessary period. Child-safety concerns, serious threats, and illegal content receive priority and are reported to competent authorities where required by law.
