KVKK Data-Subject Application Procedure

Application channel and required information

An application may be sent to [email protected] or ZUHURATBABA MAH. ŞENYUVA SOK. INCA APT. NO:2 D:11 BAKIRKÖY, İstanbul 34147, Türkiye with the applicant's name, a contact method, the subject of the request, and limited information sufficient to match the account. Unnecessary health data or passwords must not be sent. Proof of authority is required for a request concerning another person's account.

Available requests

• Learn whether data is processed, the purposes and legal grounds, and the categories of recipients.
• Correct incomplete or inaccurate data and, where the KVKK conditions are met, request deletion, destruction, or notification of recipients. Restriction may be requested separately where another applicable law provides that right.
• Object to automated assessment, withdraw explicit consent prospectively, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. A data copy or export may be requested where supported by applicable local law or by the Company, without presenting it as a mandatory KVKK right.

Identity verification and response

The company may request additional information proportionate to the risk to verify that the request comes from the data subject and to protect third-party rights. The application is answered according to its nature within the statutory period and generally without charge. Where an additional cost arises, the applicable statutory tariff may be used. A rejection or partial response is reasoned, and rights to apply to competent authorities remain available.
