Products and entitlements

Premium is offered in monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month auto-renewable options. It provides access to the premium tracking tools identified at checkout while the subscription remains active. Each period and price is displayed in the selected store product.

Online Doctor is an annual auto-renewable subscription that includes Premium access, written doctor communication through Ask a Doctor, and evaluation of user-submitted test or examination results within the product scope and limits of remote assessment. It does not include a video-call entitlement or three additional video calls. Purchase and access require the user to expressly select Turkish in the app and the service-locale value to be exactly tr-TR; this language choice does not establish the physician's professional authority in the user's location.

Single Video Consultation is a one-time consumable product that provides one remote consultation in Turkish subject to availability and service conditions. The same Turkish and tr-TR access condition applies. Purchase does not automatically confirm a particular appointment time; an available time must be selected or confirmed separately.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

The provider is EGC YAZILIM SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ., at ZUHURATBABA MAH. ŞENYUVA SOK. INCA APT. NO:2 D:11 BAKIRKÖY, İstanbul 34147, Türkiye, with support at [email protected]. Before confirmation, the store screen displays the product's essential scope, the total price including tax for the selected term, currency, billing period, auto-renewal, any trial, and that confirmation creates a payment obligation. The confirmed store transaction or receipt and current contract text must remain accessible through the store account or another durable medium provided.

An auto-renewable subscription is charged for a new term at the time stated by the store unless renewal is disabled in the relevant store account. Cancellation stops future renewal; deleting the app or EGC account does not cancel the subscription. Withdrawal, early service performance, cancellation, any unused prepaid term, refunds, chargebacks, and payment errors are assessed under both the store workflow and mandatory local consumer rights; no absolute “no refunds” rule applies.

Verification and service limitations

Entitlements are verified using the store's signed transaction or receipt data. A pending, canceled, refunded, revoked, or expired transaction may affect access. Material price or scope changes are disclosed at checkout. Purchase, cancellation, or refund requests may be sent to [email protected] and the relevant store; applicable consumer arbitration, court, and other competent complaint routes remain available. Doctor consultations and video calls are not emergency services, do not guarantee a particular medical outcome, and remain subject to applicable professional and geographic restrictions.
