Nature and access to the service

Online Doctor includes Premium access, written communication through Ask a Doctor, and limited information and evaluation concerning test or examination results submitted by the user during an annual auto-renewable subscription. The consulting physician identified in the service is Op. Dr. Gönül Çimen. Single Video Consultation is purchased separately as a one-time product. These products do not include three additional video consultations.

Within Online Doctor and Ask a Doctor, written doctor messages, including explanations about test or examination results, may be shown in every supported app-interface language through automatic translation. Original Turkish messages and original clinical documents or notes are preserved; a translation is not medical advice. Single Video Consultation is conducted in Turkish and does not include automatic speech translation. Before payment begins, a separate disclosure in the selected interface language explains the doctor-service language, written-message automatic translation, and the fallback when translation is unavailable; purchase cannot continue until the user expressly accepts it. This service acceptance does not change the app-interface language and does not replace separate AI-processing consent where that consent is required for written-message translation. Language support or technical access does not by itself establish the physician's authority to provide professional services in the user's location or compliance with local law.

In-person appointments take place in Türkiye, and the in-person appointment-request interface is available when Turkish is selected as the app language. Creating an appointment request in the app does not mean that the appointment has been confirmed or that a remote session replaces an in-person examination. The date, availability, and scope of service are confirmed separately.

Medical and technical limitations

The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition. A remote session may not include a physical examination, complete clinical records, or necessary tests; the physician may recommend in-person assessment or another healthcare provider. In case of acute pain, bleeding, difficulty breathing, fainting, serious blood-pressure findings, reduced fetal movement, or another urgent symptom, call the emergency number in the country where you are located or contact the nearest healthcare facility without waiting for an app response. 112 is an example for Türkiye and regions where it is supported.

Privacy, sessions, and user responsibilities

  • The user should choose a private and secure environment, provide accurate information, and send only documents they are authorized to share.
  • Message, appointment, technical-session, and evaluation records may be retained to the extent necessary for the service, security, and legal duties. Video consultations are not recorded.
  • Where there is a connection failure, device issue, or the service is unsuitable for remote delivery, an alternative channel or new appointment may be proposed. Emergency care never depends on the app connection.
